Beau At The Window

Yesterday, I was finishing up in the kitchen when Beau sauntered over and kept rubbing and leaning against me. I thought he wanted to go out.  And so, I walked to the back door and let him outside. I figured he can wait a few more minutes before we went for our walk.

We had built a small dog shelter on our porch for our dog, Luke, a few years ago. Nowadays, Beau has claimed the little space.  Sometimes, when it’s hot and Beau is outside, he goes under the shelter and rests on the dog bed there. I had recently put the bed on top of the shelter to air it out.

I was washing the last few bowls and pots when I heard this noise outside the window.  Beau had leaped onto the top of the shelter and was sitting on the bed looking at me!

I guess he wanted to be near me no matter what!

P.S. Can you see my reflection while taking his picture?

He eagerly awaits your company. He looks very cute looking through the window and obviously following what’s going on inside.

  7. My spoiled Lab wants out to potty and right back in the house. She looks at me like I have lost my mind when I suggest she lay outside in the afternoon on her bed. Beau is a handsome guy, what an expressive face.
