Images of Happy Place

This week’s Photo Challenge is the word ESCAPE.

The first thing that came to mind is this place we have been going to every year for the past 10 years now.  It’s at the southern most tip of Baja California Sur peninsula, which to me, is just an extension of California. We just happen to live in its most northern parts.

The beach bed to lounge away, enjoy the perfect weather, and read on a Kindle.  The snack and drink for lazy grazing, and the sunset to behold as the day turns into night.

What more can one ask for?

That beach bed on Cabo Pacifica looks like a place to simply relax and do nothing. Well, maybe have some taco and a cool drink while waiting for the sunset. Fantastic. What else can one say?

  14. The first picture makes me wanna jump to Baja and savor its seemingly endless, beautiful beaches. Perhaps one day. Have a great weekend my friend. God bless.

  20. I love Cabo!! I want to escape NOW! Thats a wonderful picture. When I was there in the 80’s there were few buildings even. Just one resort I think. Did you see the Arch on the beach? I so wish I was taking digital pictures…. back to the future 🙂
